Gymnema sylvestre 25% is a standardized herbal extract, a sugar blocker which supports healthy blood sugar levels and pancreatic functions.
This Gymnema extract is standardized to contain 25% Gymnemic Acid.
When held in the mouth, it temporarily suppresses sugar taste and cravings. When ingested, it decreases absorption of sugar during meals.
Several preliminary studies suggest that the herb gymnema can lower blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes.
Slightly bitter taste.
Dosage is 400mg per day, taken before meals or as needed.
